Non-Destructive Test
🎯 Definition of Non-Destructive Testing
Non-Destructive Testing is a technology that inspects · determines the incompleteness of the object to be inspected without damaging the object to be inspected using the principle of physical phenomena, and inspects the internal structure of the part and the accept · reject of defects.
🎯 Method of Non-Destructive Testing
- Radiographic
Testing(RT) - Ultrasonic
Testing(UT) - Magnetic Particle
Testing(MT) - Penetrant
Testing(PT) - Eddy Current
Testing(ECT) - Leak Testing
(LT) - Visual Testing

Ultrasonic Testing
Principle and Method
Ultrasonic Testing is a method to evaluate the location and size of the discontinuity by analyzing the ultrasonic information reflected from the discontinuities present inside the test specimen by transferring generated ultrasonic waves to the test specimen using piezoelectric materials.
This is used for the detection of internal defects, the depth and position of defects are easily measured, and the penetration power is excellent.
Scope
- Steel pipe weld and material inspection
- Inspection of automobile parts
- Rail vehicle axle / wheel inspection
- Inspection of aerospace material connection
