Non-Destructive Test
🎯 Definition of Non-Destructive Testing
Non-Destructive Testing is a technology that inspects · determines the incompleteness of the object to be inspected without damaging the object to be inspected using the principle of physical phenomena, and inspects the internal structure of the part and the accept · reject of defects.

Magnetic Particle Testing
Principle and Method
Magnetic Particle Testing is a method of observing the state of a magnetic particle attracted to a magnetic field by inducing a leakage magnetic field due to discontinuity of a magnetic field induced by a current or a magnet.
It is used to detect defects existing on the surface and the subsurface, and it is easy to find defects of a minute size, but it is applicable only to ferromagnetic products.
Scope
- Welding inspection
- Main forging surface inspection
- Bar strength inspection
- Inspection of automobile parts
- Valve
